Inkjet and thermaltransfer are common printing technologies used for small series of CD-R and DVD-R`s. Thermaltransfer is recommended for monochrom grafics or simple text. It is scratch and waterproofed and very cost effective. Inkjet printing makes sence when high resolution pictures, grafices , logos etc.. are needed on disc. If fantastic looking CD/DVD´s are required, than thermal retransfer is the right choice. Thermal retransfer features full color, offset-quality printing with edge to edge coverage. The photorealistic printing is durable, UV protected and water repellent.
